Please Note
The Knee Workshop is prerequisite to the Shoulder Workshop and is very helpful to have completed before all other workshops.
All workshops except the Lymphatic Workshop involve some review of anatomy and making a clay model of the part being studied.

Cost
| Oregon, Alaska, and Las Vegas classes | Two days $350 Non-refundable deposit $100 Deposit is due two weeks before start of class |
| Hawaii classes | Two days $450, non-refundable Balance in full by February 1** |
**Hawaii class must be paid in full by February 1, 2008 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you do not pay by this date, you cannot take the class.
