Services Available• Postural Balancing - The Berry Method®: The Berry Method® is a unique corrective technique, utilizing muscle, ligament or organ positioning. It:
The result is a reclamation of the strength, flexibility, relaxation, and fluid ease of movement we had as kids. We then recommend activities, stretching and exercise that will maintain the newfound freedom of movement. • Lymphatic Massage: A precise technique that cleanses the connective tissue of inflammatory materials and toxins, enhances the activity of the immune system and reduces pain. It facilitates healing of injuries, surgical trauma, chronic conditions, inflammation and edemas. • Visceral Massage: Enhances the normal mobility and motion in the body’s organs after it has suffered severe trauma - perhaps due to an accident, fall or surgery. Adhesions can cause our organs to work against each other, creating chronic irritation and abnormal points of tension. • Craniopathy: A gentle method of manipulating the body’s craniosacral system (consisting of thin membranes and cerebrospinal fluid which surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord) in an attempt to improve the function of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress and enhance health and resistance to disease. • Deep Tissue Work: Focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots (adhesions). It can break up and remodel scar tissue from previous injuries. • Swedish Massage • Injury and Post Surgery Recovery • Certified in Hypnosis
Benefits of Massage• Increases circulation, allowing the body to pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs.
